Keeping America's Promise

I need approximately 7,000 signatures from registered voters to qualify for the ballot as an Independent. Signing the petition now does not mean you have to vote for me in November. There are several different ways to help here.

• Come to an event where my team and I are gathering signatures.
• Schedule an event –
  • Have your own party!
  • If you have a group affiliation I can speak at their event.
• You can download the petition forms and fill them out yourself.

Directions for Signing the Petition

• Click here to view and print out the Independent, Minor Party, or Indigent Candidate Petition for Nomination form.
• Click here to view and print out the declaration page (Petition Signature Gatherer Unsworn Declaration form).
• Fill out the top of the petition form.
  • Candidate Name: Kimberly A. Persico
  • Fill Name of Office: US House of Representatives, District #1, MT
• Check the “Independent Candidate” box.
• In the bottom right corner fill in your county of residence. Each petition is county specific and must only have registered voters from that county on it, or they don’t count.
• Fill in your information.
• Have other registered voters in your county fill it out too, if you can.
• A form can be submitted with only your signature.
• Fill out the declaration page (Petition Signature Gatherer Unsworn Declaration form).
• Mail BOTH forms together to your county election office. The addresses for each office are listed below.
